New Brunswick PNP Skilled Immigration Programs

Located in the eastern part of Canada and is part of the three regions linked to the sea in the country. The population of New Brunswick is composed of French majority since it was a colony dominated by France. Both French and English are spoken, although French is the legal language. Life in this city is quite peaceful because it has certain elements of the countryside, the coast and the urban.

The housing system is the most popular in the country; the houses are spacious and are quoted at very low prices. Regarding immigration, the procedure to be followed is guided by the Canada Express Immigration Entry process and all program objectives must be met in order to be established in New Brunswick.

To settle in New Brunswick you must follow all the steps dictated by the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP). To be considered as an applicant for this plan, the candidate must purchase an NB nomination title, which is provided by the Provincial Candidate Program. This form must be sent in an Expression of Interest (EOI) format to the Immigration office, but not included in the Express Entry.

Once the nomination is accepted, the interested party is allowed access so that according to a profile in the Express Entry and can provide the data of the provincial nomination title.

The applicant has the option of drawing up a profile at the Express Entrance of Canada, stating his intention to settle in the area. In this way, the institution may contact the candidate and may apply. It is recommended to follow this alternative since the personal data and the request for admission in a single format are included.

Upon completion of this step, it will be added to the Express Entry profile and you will get a score of 600 points for the Rating System or CRS. In order to achieve an invitation (ITA) and be able to apply for the Program as a Permanent Resident, you must obtain a high score.

Performing the procedure through the Express Entry option, it can take up to a period of 6 months. The immigration officers of the country can collaborate with the applicants, with the purpose of obtaining an accreditation of interest issued by the New Brunswick PNP, through the Express Entry profile.

Another way to obtain a nomination for the PNP is receiving a qualification and at that time, immigration personnel could cooperate with the applicant to indicate the steps to follow to get a permanent residence in the country.

To enter this system, there are four possibilities, which have specific characteristics and must be analyzed by the applicants.

  1. Entry into the labor market, through the Express Entry

  4. Workers who have the skills and have family support.

Regarding the Express Entry Labor Market Classification (EELMS), this new alternative gives you the opportunity to use the federal express entry method. To enter this program, applicants must complete the (EOI) Expression of Interest, and then send it to the PNP.

This process must be subscribed in the first two weeks of each month and they will be evaluated and classified according to the data they provide, which will allow them to be classified by their aptitudes, taking into account the following criteria:

  • The score obtained

  • Options for contributing to the economic development of the city

  • Verification of the possibility of establishing oneself in the region

  • Verification of the techniques he possesses and experience in the labor market, in accordance with the provisions of the NB Government.

The applicant who obtains the highest score will be contacted and invited to apply for the NBPNP. If selected, the procedure will be done through the Express Entry of the Government and the entire process will be done in a period of up to 6 months, from the moment you entered the application.

Requirements to access the EELMS

First, the applicant must establish an agreement in writing and that is supported by his signature, through which he undertakes, from now on, to formalize his life and work commitments in New Brunswick.

On the other hand, they must have an age between 22 and 55 years of age, be fluent in the language, have an acceptable score, have the skills required in the NOC and have good conditions to adapt to the environment.

In addition, you must have all the necessary aspects that are mentioned in the Canadian Qualified Worker Program. To do this, you must have obtained a scoring record that is at least 67 points, in a total of 100 points.

Exceptions

People who have classification C or D in the occupation, any litigation in their country of origin or some other open immigration process will not be admitted. Nor will people who are illegal in their country of residence be accepted.
